Crock-Pot SCVP603-R Smart-Pot Slow Cooker consists of 2 different heat settings of high and low. Being automatic, it gives option to choose between the 4 different time settings of 2 hours, 4 hours, 6 hours and 8 hours. Based on the recipe and the nature of the food the heat level and the time settings can be chosen. Its automatic sensor shifts it to the warm mode once the cooking is been completed.
With the oval stoneware, cooking for medium to large sized family goes easy. This stoneware is removable and makes it easy for handling and cleaning. Also found is a 16 oz little dipper warmer that helps to maintain the dips and sauces in its perfect form and right serving temperature till it gets removed. This appears to be a value addition and without which it does not look complete.
The see through glass lid sits perfectly without allows the steam to escape. It is dishwasher safe and so is the stoneware.
